Nutrition Advice

My experience working with patients as a Pharmacist and as a homeopath is the important role of diet and nutrition in health.

No single food contains all the essential nutrients the body requires. Nutrition looks at the variety and quality of foods eaten in the diet and an individual’s requirements to bring overall balance. 

We need energy to live and this is provided by the protein, carbohydrate and fat in our diets, but the balance between these three must be correct for us to remain healthy. Getting the right amount of vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber, water and exercise is also important for health.

All foods and drinks can be part of a healthy diet, but it is the overall balance, as with most things in life that is important for health.

The nutritional advice is given as part of the consultation process. However a session using kinesiology can provide further benefits as it can determine your nutritional and vitamin deficiencies, along with food sensitivities and allergies.
